Roasted Carrots

Package of carrots
olive oil
dried herb - basil, dill, or rosemary

Preheat to 375.  Peel carrots and slice into long, thin strips.
Place in gallon bag.  Add just enough oil to coat carrots and add a couple taspoons of heb to bag.
Close bag and shake.
Place on cookie sheet ina single layer
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
