Friday we took Alex into the doctor.  He had been sick all night. (Truth is he’d be sick for a week) Since he was vomiting like crazy and no one else was sick, the shunt was suspected.  We got his shunt series and a CT done (so grateful for how close this is to our house!).  No shunt issues, just a nasty bug.  Good to know cause he kept banging his head so hard!

Saturday we talked his sweet sisters into watching sick Alex so we could take Becca to her birthday dinner/lunch.  Can you believe this kid will be 19 on Friday?  19? I am old!

Sunday night we had to say good-bye to the Turpins so they could head back to Iowa.  We loved having them here!

I am so cold here!  I was looking around the house wanting to sit in the sun and decided the best spot was already occupied!  Smart cat!

Thanksgiving Day was also Brother’s birthday!!

Friday my family had to leave.  I enjoyed having my family and Jason’s family here for Thanksgiving.  I don’t know when that will ever happen again, but I enjoyed it!
