Because Brother isn’t speaking yet, everyone keeps asking if I’ve had his hearing tested. I know he can hear. I can whisper his name and he turns. But he really likes to listen to things really loud, and I got tired to defending myself to doctors and therapists. So we had the sedated ABR.
Good news – Alex can hear just fine.
Bad news – Alex didn’t wake up well. The nurse had to bandage me up before we could leave to go home. Oh well!
