I loved this interview about Open Adoption. As both an adoptive and biological Mom, I want the best for my kiddos however they came to our family. I love that adoptions have gotten so open. Not so many secrets, no more shame.

So many benefit from an open adoption. With my three, only one grandparent chooses to keep in contact with me. I ache for the hurt that all of my families have been through. How I wish I could replace that hurt with healing. I do honestly believe that open adoption helps with the healing.
Grateful for my kids – no matter whose uterus they used to get here!!
