Must have a Garden!

The locals told me to wait till Derby Day (May 1st) to plant my garden, but it has been so beautiful I couldn’t wait another weekend! (Hope I don’t live to regret that!)

We did a few other things today as well: cleaned the church, took pictures of Spring, cut the boy hairs, went shopping, found a super cool gray tree frog, played in the water, had a fun Nerf Gun fight, cuddled babies, and planted.  A beautiful day!  Capped off with watching Thunder Over Louisville and eating s’mores!

The former owners left all of these containers. So to save time, money, and effort, we decided to use them for this year.  We are hoping to build more raised beds with time.
