The day started with her favorite breakfast, “Pastry!” Followed by school. Sorry, babe, they didn’t get the message that it was a National Holiday! We had no nurse that day, so Jason came home and I got to go to the school and eat lunch with the birthday girl!
We had an evening nurse (!), so we got to go out to dinner and celebrate JESSI!
With her money from us plus her money from Grandma and Grandpa Turpin and Kathie, she got a Nintendo DS plus a fun game. She got an art kit from the Balls - “the awesomest art kit ever!”
We got to re-tell her birth story a million times and just love on our girl.
